Events & Skills That I Can Help On:
Current University: University of Oregon
University Location: Eugene, OR
About Me: I am currently #2 best long jumper in UO history, I am also in the top 10 for the 100m hurdles, I have hosted many athletes in their recruiting process and have been able to answer a lot of questions about not just our program but also my training. I have been on the track and field leadership council for the last 3 years, as well as practice good eating, sleeping, and stress and time management habits. I have also competed in the NCAA track and field championships every year, and I have one of the highest GPAs on the women's track team. Although I have had a relatively successful career thus far, I have had many personal struggles in this sport both mentally and physically along the way, and sharing those experiences with younger people will not only help them to reach their performance goals, but also improve overall confidence and mental health as an individual beyond athletics.
