During My Training You Can Expect:
10-15 minutes of a mobility and activation to prepare for training.
30-40 minutes of on field position specific drills focusing on a variety of skills.
10-15 minutes of recovery work + Q&A regarding life as a student-athlete in a D1 college football program, handling school, nutrition concepts, the recruiting process, or anything the mentee would like to discuss.
