During My Training You Can Expect:
-10 minutes of QB-specific activation, stretching & warm up sequence.
- 20 minutes of fundamental QB work. (drops, mechanics, basic passing concepts)
-20 minutes applied drills. (situational, dynamic drills designed to prepare for gameplay and be fun)
-10 minutes of cool down throwing/stretching + discussion regarding life as a student-athlete in a D1 college football program including academics, recruiting, skills and other related topics.
