During my training you can expect:
10 minutes- Stretching/Warming up
15 minutes- Footwork drills (Ladder, cones, etc.)
10 minutes- Hand fighting & Releases
15 minutes- Running route tree & catching drills
10 minutes- Cool down stretch with Q&A session (Recruiting, nutrition, supplements, etc.)
