I have had a lot of experience in college baseball. I didn't start on the team for several years either, so I know a lot about what it takes to work hard and make changes both on the physical and mental side of the game. I've gone through a lot of mechanical changes on the hitting side over the years, so I know that hitting is a very individualistic exercise that needs to be developed based on each person. I have played every position on the infield and have solid fielding and throwing fundamentals that I believe I can show others. I take lifting and nutrition very seriously as well, and would be a knowledgeable resource to kids trying to make changes.
