Men's Track & Field Thrower #1

My biggest strengths as a thrower are in my analytics. I break everything down piece by piece in the throw as well as areas outside track. I study nutrition extensively in my free time to better expand my athletic potential and have a super-strong background in strength programming as a multi-time world record holder in powerlifting. I knew how to build strong relationships with coaches coming out of high school and it became another huge strength for me.
